TRAININGS AND TYPES OF CLASSES IN HARDER CLUBS

HIIT LOWER BODY

Our 50-minute session of interval training on the lower parts of the body will make your legs, back and buttocks ignite! You will burn unnecessary calories and at the same time shape your muscles because during HIIT training we exercise strength, aerobics and endurance of the body. Throws, jumps and functional movements, so that your lower body parts look great whenever you need them. ROCKY HIIT

Interval training with high intensity improving speed, motility and strength. The basis is boxing training which we mix with exercises on tapes and with load. Hit and practice to become a complete boxer. 50 minutes of this training will make you forget about the classic gym. Wake up the Rocky spirit. CROSS TRAINING

INTRO classes are for all those who start their adventure with HARDER, have had a longer break or never exercised. During these classes you will learn how the MyZone heart monitoring system works, what rules apply in HARDER clubs and you will know many new faces. The INTRO classes are based on Full Body training, so during the exercises we engage the majority of muscle parts. Exercises are simple, based on anatomical movements , that is what we do every day in everyday life. The training lasts 50 minutes and it will be the perfect FOR START for everyone.
