I am a graduate of the University of Physical Education in Kraków in the field of physical education and the College of physical culture and tourism in Warsaw. As a personal trainer, I have many years of experience in Poland, USA and Ireland. Personal master trainer in JATOMI fitness clubs in Krakow, then Fitness Manager and Regional Manager Fitness South-East region and assistant of the main manager. I am an experienced speaker and speaker in many trainings in Poland and abroad, lecturer and member of the Program Council of the Trainer Academy / Congress BODY LIFE, certified body trainer, TRX, Kettlebells, Windsurfing, skiing instructor  and water rescuer.

I am a fitness instructor, personal, kettlebells and cross training trainer . Passionate about healthy lifestyle, dietetics and dance. I completed a series of trainings Dietetics and supplementation, I participated in numerous workshops and conventions on a wide range of sports topics. Practician, not a theoretician 🙂 I am an active participant in the field of kettlebells. For me, physical activity is a way of life, it is: a good frame of mind, a healthy silhouette, working on my own character, including overcoming my weaknesses, as well as getting to know a lot of positive people who share our passions. I try to instill in my passion for sport, as much as possible, because my work is definitely a pleasure for me. Every day, I adhere to the principle: “Do not give up something just because it takes time. Time will pass anyway. ”

But also “Do not complain that you are uphill when you go to the top”.

I am a certified personal trainer, fitness instructor and body sports fighter. I went to the gym for the first time 7 years ago. However, it soon turned out that I found my passion, which is now also do professionally, helping others in the pursuit of a better figure. I am a person full of energy and I am glad that I can share it every day. I love all forms of strengthening, body shaping and intensive HIIT classes. I think that everything can be done thanks to trainings! Not only to lose weight, build muscle, burn a lot of kcal, improve mood, but also meet new people and just have a great time.

I always take care of the good fun and safety of my clients. I love working with people and for people. I specialize in cardio, strengthening and mental activities.

I am a fitness and pilates instructor, a medical personal trainer. I have been associated with sports since primary school. I exchanged athletics for fitness, first as a client, then as an instructor. I run strengthening, cardio and mental classes, specializing in health-related activities. I want to teach clients body awareness and convince that physical activity is the only addiction that is worth having. I pay special attention to the technique of exercise and the quality of movements – but the most important thing for me is the smile and satisfaction of the participants. My motto is: “Movement can replace almost any drug, but no drug can replace the movement.”

I am a personal trainer and sport manager by profession. Currently, the discipline closest to me is CrossFit, which  I have been enthusiastically trained for three years. She gained her skills and knowledge from the age of 16 conducting interval, crossfit, functional, dance and fitness trainings in Poland and abroad. She specializes in strengthening, endurance and conditioning classes, but she is also a lover of mental activities towards which she is currently growing more and more.

Currently a trainer and referee of crossfit competitions, group classes instructor and personal trainer.

I started my adventure with sport at the age of 8 training Olympic Taekwondo. During 12 years of active training, I gained and expanded my knowledge of motility and physical preparation. As a representative of the country, a member of the National Team, I have had the opportunity and honor to fight in the international arena on many occasions, winning numerous medals for Poland. In the domestic arena, I usually stood at the highest stage of the podium, ​​what makes me the Polish Champion several times. I am a lover of martial arts and healthy lifestyle. I run strengthening and stretching classes – improving the range of our body’s mobility. By those I help prevent injuries and speed up the treatment of acquired injuries.

I like working with people and I am eager to help. Sport is my passion and I am still developing in this direction, and I share my knowledge with others to show that exercising and caring for the condition of my body are extremely important. I want to convince you to move and to realize how quickly it can become a good habit, from which it is difficult to escape. I have a lot of energy, ideas and empathy inside  me. I will explain, show, help, improve, motivate so that together we achieve your goal, because “everything is difficult before it becomes easy”. Training is for everyone, time to try and satisfaction guaranteed!

Jakub is a graduate of the University of Physical Education in Wrocław. From an early age, he is associated with extreme sports and sport teams. He specializes in strength training as well as dietetics and supplementation.  Jakub is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. He gained his experience on dozens of trainings in the field of training, dietetics and supplementation, fitness events and conferences. Thanks to this, he is very good at conducting personal training with one person, as well as during group classes. In his work he is guided by healthy training for the body, but also for the head. As a trainer, he mainly focuses on commitment, training motivation and correct exercise to minimize the risk of injury while maximizing training progress. His passion is people and work with people, so he makes every effort to ensure that every minute of training is filled with the well-being of the mentees both in the physical and mental.

My adventure with sport has its beginning on the old jungle gym with a group of my friends in 2013 when in Poland a new sport called Street Workout was started, it was based on training with the mass of his own body. With the passing years, I gradually added gymnastics, barbells and kettle to my training arsenal. I started to engage new metabolic pathways and develop more motor features. In 2018 I completed the course of Motorized Preparation Trainer where trainers helped me  to organized many years of knowledge and experience  together. With this knowledge and experience, I am writing training plans and leading classes that bring progress, well-being and most importantly – health. I increase strength, improve the range of movement and use movement patterns that have their impact in everyday life and positively affect the quality of life, reducing pain in the back, neck and other ailments associated with lack of movement. Every day I develop in the field of human body motility to get better and better able to realize the sport goals of each person, who will ask me for help in their implementation and also to conduct sports activities at the highest level.

The sport is to strengthen – physically and mentally. It is supposed to break the limits and set new goals to gain, because it is their implementation that drives us to work on ourselves even more. Sport teaches discipline, respect, improves mood and body. Sport is a cure for most civilization diseases and I recommend it to everyone regardless of sex or age.

There are legends that someone once saw her without a smile on his face, but fortunately those are just legends. She brings joy and a positive attitude to life every day.

I started my adventure with sport at the age of 6 from swimming, horse riding and skiing. Currently, I am fulfilling my love of sport as a fitness instructor, pilates trainer and personal trainer. During training, I focus not only on improving the shape and condition of the mentees, but also on the comprehensive development of their fitness – restoring correct movement patterns, increasing mobility and securing the movement system against future ailments.

I regularly expand my knowledge during trainings and courses.

Outside of work, I’m interested in yoga, Eastern medicine, dietetics and dance.

In my life, sport is present for as long as I can remember, I have always had a lot of energy, which I used in an active way. For 9 years I am a player in American Football. I started my adventure with strength sports at the age of 20, as an active player of the team, I needed to strengthen my whole body before the upcoming season. This form of activity was supposed to be just a preparation but it became permanent in my life, over time it turned into a passion and a way of life. I try to constantly expand my knowledge through training, books and even conversations with other trainers. Activity is an end in itself for me. Currently, I run individual trainings and group classes for people of all levels. My favorite form of training is Crossfit which perfectly combines weight lifting, aerobic and gymnastics. Of course, I’m not closing into one form of activity. In my classes you can meet with the combination of different forms of training.
