Following trends and constant development is something that distinguishes our brand at every step. The idea for FIGHT classes came from the fact, that we focus on sports which are becoming increasingly more and more popular. FIGHT classes are a type of training which supports fat burning and strengthens the most important muscle groups, improves endurance and improves technique. Dedicated equipment such as boxing bags, boxing pears and shields are used during classes.
MIND classes are a type of training in which, during the exercises, we engage the mind to work on the body and breath. By training the muscles we consciously support ourselves with steady deep breathing, thus supporting the achievement of emotional balance and inner peace. During MIND training we get to know our body better, relax it and reduce muscle tension. These trainings should not be confused with relaxation classes.
Classes dedicated to the youngest Harders appear in the schedule in two age groups: 6-9 and 10-13. The general developmental training using various equipment teaches kids sport through good fun. If you want to get your kids moving and take care of their health through physical activity, taking them to our classes is the best thing you can do for them

HIIT workouts in small groups are the domain of Harder clubs. 50 minutes of effective training in Harder will help you achieve and maintain a slim figure and outstanding fitness. Workouts consist of a warm-up - about 7 minutes -, introduction to the workout - about 5 minutes -, main part of the workout - up to 34 minutes. - short stretching - about 3 minutes.
During each training session the layout of exercises is different, therefore with us you will not fall into monotony and you will develop with each training session.
To complement your HIIT training, don't forget to come to Mobility or Stretching classes.
